Elvis Presley Enterprises (EPE) has been working closely with Aristotle since 2000.  During the course of our relationship, Aristotle has been a strong partner whose attention has always been on what is in the best business interests of EPE.  When EPE began working with Aristotle, EPE’s web site strategy was scattered and it did not have a cohesive presence.  EPE’s mission was to improve this and in so doing bring Elvis alive to a new generation of Elvis fans.

Alabama Gulf Coast Convention and Visitor’s Bureau   

Aristotle is able to take an idea and make it happen. We give them an idea of what results we would like to see and their programmers and graphic designers make it possible and in most cases, they make it better than what we imagined.  We started with one major website redesign project and have continued to update and upgrade the features.  With their assistance, anyone who can complete a form can now send an e-newsletter, upload press releases, activate hidden pages in cases of emergency, upload images and review statistics for EVERYTHING.   

Since our first website project with Aristotle, we've had them create a handful of smaller websites that for the price, blow away larger more expensive companies.  We've won several awards and have become a recognized leader in the digital arena.   

The project managers are responsive to our ideas, adding their own expertise and in some cases, caution. They have a solid grip on what they're doing and offer nothing but the highest regard for professionalism. They are a joy to work with!!

Department of Arkansas Parks and Tourism   

Marla and her staff are excellent teachers.  Most at the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism are not experts concerning new Internet initiatives - be it when the department created its first website or as we embark on our first online marketing campaign.  Aristotle understands this and presents often complicated information and research in an easy-to-understand manner.  Recently, Jon Eudy, the tourism division’s point of contact at Aristotle, came to our office and provided me and the executive director, Richard Davies, an informative and effective “workshop” on purchasing keywords through Overture and Google.   

Budgets and new initiatives must also be approved through the State Parks, Recreation and Travel Commission, which is even less tech-savvy than those at the department. When called upon to provide presentations to the Commission, Marla and her staff have done an exceptional job explaining what it is Aristotle is proposing on behalf of the department and why the proposition/expenditure should be approved. Aristotle also does an excellent job of creating and utilizing high quality multi-media aids at presentations when appropriate.   

It’s easy to say Aristotle knows how to promote a destination website by simply pointing out its many customers in the travel and tourism industry.  There’s no doubt about it, they have ample experience.  But, speaking only of Aristotle’s promotion of the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism suite of websites, I can say it’s no coincidence the company has amassed such an impressive list of destination-oriented web clients.  The individuals servicing our account continually suggest ways in which we can improve traffic to the site; and they almost always accompany such advice with new studies and/or with real-life examples of the successes they’ve had with other clients.   

Aristotle is continually looking toward the future, and from what I’ve seen, they welcome change and embrace new technologies. Through the pride of craftsmanship in what Aristotle has already created for us, through long-term plans they develop, and through the work they have done and continue to do throughout the Arkansas tourism industry, I know that Aristotle is a committed and long-term partner.

The Cliffs Communities, Inc.   

The Cliffs Communities has experienced significant growth over the last six years. While we have weathered the storm by making the necessary adjustments internally to deal with the increased demand, several pieces of the puzzle required external assistance.   

One of the primary areas which needed change was our sales process. With the abrupt increase in leads, information which was formally sent out on a one to one basis needed to be dispersed in a manner that both provided exquisite representation of our product while simultaneously being “bulk” in distribution. The resulting website has become a focus of our sales process and is a key component in our sales closing methodology. 

Aristotle filled this need perfectly. There were two key areas dealt with by Aristotle that I personally do not believe could have been better handled by any other vendor. We obviously needed a new web presence and they provided a very technically expert yet easy to use interface for the user. The administration of the site is easy to use and we constantly freshen the site with only one resource being required. This is a huge savings for our company both directly and indirectly via the single point clearing house for the company’s pulse. The second area where Aristotle provided assistance is by far the more impressive. We at The Cliffs knew what we had and how it was best represented from a 20,000 foot view but were deficit in how to translate that into a concise and informative website. The Aristotle team spent many hours with us and at our properties developing a feel for what we had and what needed to be shown. The class and artistry of the result has won awards and has absolutely been shown to be one of a very few primary reasons for our success over the last two years.        

We have done quite a lot of business with Aristotle and are still using them for additional work today. We have a major change in process for one of our sections upon which we are almost totally trusting and reliant on Aristotle to complete without serious resource allocation on our part and they are providing three additional websites for our various holdings. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I've worked with James Norris as our project manager since the inception of our website in December of 1999.  I've been very pleased with the working relationship we have developed over the past four plus years.  James has been infinitely patient with our decision making process, which can often times be laborious.  He's resourceful, detail oriented and has a great grasp of internet technologies and marketing.  Being the only 'web' person for our healthcare system, I know I can count on James for backup maintenance on our site when I'm out of town.  We are currently in the process of a major redesign of our site and I know that James' attention to detail will make it a smooth process.

The University of Memphis   

Marla, James and the rest of the staff at Aristotle were wonderful to work with when we were redesigning our web site at The University of Memphis. They were with us from the very beginning helping us determine how the web site should be restructured and what links were the most important to our audiences. They led faculty, staff, student and alumni focus groups that gave us feedback to determine what we had done right and which parts still needed tweaking. We were extremely pleased with the web site once it was finished and we got numerous compliments from visitors to the site after it had gone live. Even though the site has been up for 3 years now, we continue to get compliments and believe that it is still one of the best looking and most user friendly university web sites we've seen.   

Aristotle's e-newsletter tool allowed us to enter the arena of e-mail communications with a sophisticated, professionally designed product. The resulting e-newsletter has become a vital part of our communications with alumni and friends of the University.
Section VIII: References   

Through the e-newsletter, we are able to communicate information that doesn't fit our magazine's news cycle, especially upcoming events. It has also provided an easy way for alumni and donors to contact us with information updates - instead of filling out a card and mailing it in, the e-newsletter can them to an online form. In July alone, we had over 100 information updates come to us as a result of the e-newsletter. Aristotle tailored the e-mail tool to our needs and abilities and has been very responsive whenever a question or problem arises, which is not often!  Also, we debuted our new online Alumni Association membership form with a plug in the e-newsletter and saw immediate results - the e-newsletter will drive traffic back to your Web site.  A large organization like a university can have thousands of Web pages with many different people of varying skill level maintaining those pages. Aristotle kept that in mind when developing The University of Memphis Web site, creating a polished, yet easy-to-use template.
